When applying for a job, you must need to make sure that your Curriculum Vitae are different to the others so that the employers will be interested in you. However, the differences must not toward to the wrong way. You need to make uniqueness which will be your strength instead of weakness.

To ensure your CV received on the right hand instead of disposed on the trash, please read this carefully to find out what data that do not require being involved in the CV.

Objectivity or Motive

There is a moment for job seekers to write their motive or goal and also their conception about their job. Nevertheless, sometimes it is useless. Employers need to hire you as their criteria not yours. It will spend the employers’ time to read it. But, it is better if you write about this and save in your computer if someday you will need it.

Personal Information

There is unnecessary mentioning marital status, the number of kids, religion or even political view in the CV. If you have a blog, you may put the URL in the CV only if the content of the blog is related to the job.

The Number of Preferred Salary

It is much better if discussing about salary during the recruitment test unless you are asked to mention it. However, you should put the range as wide as possible and you need to be ready for negotiation.

Unrelated Experience or Activity

There is no space for your unrelated work experience at past, club membership or even hobby in the CV.

Weakness

During the test, you may get question about your weaknesses. But it does not mean that you should mention the weaknesses in the CV. Just focus to your strength.
